The Humboldt Waste Management Authority (“HWMA or Authority”) issues this Request for Bids (RFB)  for the Hawthorne Street Organics Facility Scales  will be received at the Humboldt Waste Management Authority (HWMA) Office at 1059 West Hawthorne St., Eureka, CA 95501 from bidders, until 3:00pm Monday March 23, which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, the total bid amounts will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be addressed to the Humboldt Waste Management Authority “SEALED BID – Hawthorne Street Organics Facility Scales” `Bids are required for the entire work described herein. No electronic or fax bids will be accepted.
